1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, installing our mobile app, or using any part of the Calendify service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization — a clinic, a dental office, a spa, or any other business — you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What Calendify is (and isn't)
Calendify is a scheduling and queue-management platform. We help professionals run their practices and we help patients book, join live queues, and receive reminders.
We are a platform, not a provider
Calendify is not a healthcare provider, a medical group, or a clinic. We don't provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. When you book an appointment through Calendify, your agreement for that appointment is directly with the professional you chose — not with Calendify. Any clinical outcome, decision, or liability arising from that appointment is between you and the professional.
3. Accounts & eligibility
Who can create an account
- Patients: you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- Professionals: you must be duly registered and authorized to practice your profession in Morocco (or the country where you operate), and able to provide proof of registration on request.
- Clinic staff: you must be invited by a professional you work for, and you may only use the Service within the scope authorized by them.
Accurate information
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know at security@calendify.ma immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Patients free · Professionals paid
Calendify is always free for patients. We do not charge patients for booking, joining queues, receiving reminders, or writing reviews.
Professionals pay to use Calendify. We offer two models:
- Pay as you go — a small flat fee per completed booking. No commitment.
- Professional subscription — a monthly (or yearly) flat fee with unlimited bookings.
Current prices are shown on the pricing page. All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless stated otherwise and include applicable VAT.
5. The professional free trial
New professional accounts start with a free trial period (currently 30 days, subject to change as shown on the pricing page). During the trial every feature is unlocked and no credit card is required.
You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Seven days before the trial ends, we'll send a reminder email so you can choose a plan. If you don't pick one, your account will move to a read-only state — your data stays safe, but new bookings will be paused until you subscribe.
6. Billing & cancellations
Pay-as-you-go
Fees are calculated from completed appointments and invoiced monthly in arrears. Cancelled or no-show appointments are not charged.
Subscription plans
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time, no penalty.
Plan changes
You can upgrade from Pay-as-you-go to a subscription at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately and you're only charged for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable. If you're a business and require a formal invoice, enter your tax details in your account settings before your first billing cycle — retroactive invoice changes are not always possible.
7. Professional responsibilities
As a professional on Calendify, you agree to:
- Only offer services within the scope of your qualifications, licensing, and legal authorization.
- Keep your clinic profile, services, and working hours accurate and up to date.
- Honor appointments confirmed through Calendify or, when you can't, notify patients and reschedule promptly.
- Treat patients respectfully and confidentially, in line with any professional code of conduct that applies to you.
- Issue your own receipts, invoices, and any fiscal documents required by Moroccan law for your own practice. Calendify invoices you for our platform fees only — not for your patients.
- Handle patient personal data with the same care we do. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
8. Patient responsibilities
As a patient on Calendify, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and identification information when you book.
- Show up for your appointments on time, or cancel with reasonable notice so the slot can be reused.
- Treat professionals, their staff, and other patients respectfully.
- Only leave reviews for appointments you actually attended.
9. Content, reviews & moderation
Patients can leave reviews after an appointment. Reviews are only visible after the professional has marked the appointment as completed — fake or unrelated reviews are not allowed.
You grant Calendify a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display the content you submit (reviews, notes, profile info) solely to operate the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, is illegal, misleading, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. In serious cases, we may suspend or terminate the account that posted it.
10. Acceptable use
When using Calendify, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate someone else, misrepresent your credentials, or create fraudulent accounts.
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, except as expressly allowed by law.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or any account that's not yours.
- Send unsolicited marketing or spam to patients or professionals contacted through Calendify.
11. Intellectual property
The Calendify name, logo, website, apps, source code, design, and all underlying technology are owned by us (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of the content you post (profile details, service descriptions, reviews, notes). You give us the limited license described above solely to run the Service for you.
12. No medical advice
Nothing on Calendify — whether in the app, on the website, in notifications, or in automated reminders — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak directly with a qualified professional about any health concern. In case of emergency, call your local emergency number immediately; do not rely on Calendify to reach care in time.
13. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep everything running, but we can't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Patients, who pay nothing, are limited to 500 MAD.
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of professionals or patients. Disputes between a professional and a patient are to be resolved directly between them.
14. Suspension & termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. Closing doesn't automatically delete all your data — see the Privacy Policy for retention rules.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, is being used fraudulently, is harming other users, or is legally required. Where possible we'll give you notice so you can export your data.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when we launch a new feature or when the law changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app.
Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, please close your account before the change takes effect.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
